Approximately 3,500 alleles targeting 500 virulence/toxin and marker genes belonging to more than 100 pathogens have been collected from public databases. The database of genes is linked to an automated tool that harvests new sequences related to a specific functions (e.g., virulence) and updates regularly. This means we always develop new assays and interpret our results based on current knowledge and not what was known at the time of the primer/probe design.
We currently offer diagnostic services for rigorously validated signature sequences for the following pathogenic genera:
Aeromonas
Leptospira
Bacillus
Listeria
Bordetella
Mycobacterium
Burkholderia
Mycoplasma
Campylobacter
Proteus
Clostridium
Pseudomonas
Corynebacterium
Salmonella
Coxiella
Serratia
Enterococcus
Shigella
Escherichia
Staphylococcus
Francisella
Vibrio
Haemophilus
Yersinia
Helicobacter
Cryptosproridium
Klebsiella
Giardia
Legionella
We also provide custom analytical services using reverse transcriptase PCR and real time PCR for many other agents of interest including Noroviruses. Please contact us for further details.
